THE ASSOCIATION
Outback Riviera is a non-profit organisation in Saint Cézaire sur Siagne, a small village in the South of France. Created in 2011 initially to provide tourism information about activities in the rural villages in our region. Since 2014, our initiatives now include projects aimed at increasing young people’s access to education in rural communities worldwide.

Paascal Rousseau: Our partner in Vietnam, Co-owner of Heaven & Earth Bicycle in Hoi An Vietnam, originator and Project Coordinator of the Duy Vinh School project
Slah Mhamdi: Our Partner in Tunisia, Slah Mhamdi is our key partner in the field and will coordinate our efforts in Tunisia. Born in Kasserine, he lives in Monastir and currently works in the tourism industry.
